To request assistance:

1. Submit a return request within 180 business days of receiving your goods.
2. No returns accepted after 14 business days, and returned goods before a request will be forfeited.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Instructions will be emailed.
4. Refunds processed in 4-9 business days.
